WHO WE ARE and AARTS HISTORY

Denise is one of the owners of our online stores. Our new adventure started with her researching and purchasing different glasses and decanters to use in her hobby of creating cocktails. At her 21st birthday party, she personalised the glassware, engraving on it the names of her friends. It was a hit. And that was how our first store started in 2018 on the Etsy platform, the

Denise oversees the stock, production and delivery departments. Also, she is the group leader of our new product development meetings. 

In her free time, she cares for and plays with her pets. She is crazy about them.

I am Rosely, Denise’s business partner and her mother. I have a lot of experience in the corporate industry and in the graphic design, which are a good match for our business works well. 

I oversee the customer service, computer art and finance departments. 

In one of our NPD sessions, we developed the human and pet memorials. They became our number 1 seller. Designing a plaques is a delicate work because it involves the emotions and feelings of our customers. Each plaque is made with love and attention to detail to be close to the original photo and the customer desire.

Then, we created our own website and added new products to our store such as memorials, urns for ashes and candles.

I start my day with a long walk at the beach. I love it to organise my thoughts and get energy for the whole day.

As part of our time work, there is Tiffany, who helps Denise and me with everything. She is a helping hand for our small family business.

Our workplace is free of smoking, and we are always afraid of creating ways to reduce our waste.
